I did experience the big D and V so I am switching to the once per hour protocol and so far not a problem. Also I made big improvement by taking it with PURE apple cider read the label should have no vitamin C. Kill the taste and up to 10 drops for me no adverse effects. Everyone I now is amazed with the improvement in my appearance and skin tone. I am 65 yrs young now and hope to stay that way. Tweet
