Adrenal Fatigue, Root Canal, Lypodystrophy

Hi Dr Lam,

I have AF and recently have been deeling with root canal toothache (pain for 10 days so far). The tooth ache has worsen my condition (half body, right side only-headache, muscle join pain, thigh lypodystrophy). I have not recovered my adrenal fully yet, still I can't bear the pain of the tooth ache. What is your suggestion to alleviate this pain? (I learn if I go for removal surgery now it may cause my adrenal crash). However, living with pain is not a good option cause it has disturbed my sleeping and eating (which is important for my adrenal recovery). I have allergies to certain antibiotics and immune to pain killer due to overconsumption in the past. What should I do to deal with this pain without sacrificing my adrenal?

Thank you very much :)
