Muscle type pain due to parasites...?

Hello-

Can one get muscle type pain due to parasites? Can the pain move to different areas of the body?

I took a green, black walnut hull combo & artemesia. I started feeling better but the pain became very bad in my shoulders, neck & upper back. Could the parasites have moved?

Which parasites may be causing this? I think I may have flukes. Can they move to the lungs if you try to clear them from the liver or intestines?

Could they be the source of my back pain from releasing toxins over the years?
