Re: Neurotransmitter bios
Don't make the same mistake 'psychiatrists' do (those types make me cringe) by thinking you can balance a chaotically ever changing neurotransmitter balance by some individual supplement or action, I really hate posting information on the net because it gets ignored by base minds but this should explain what you need to do, and where most of your problems come from
Raw food diets are not safe as I have pointed out several times already. To include things like raw fish is even worse since it increases the risk of parasitical infections.
I covered the dangers of raw eggs the other day:
http://curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1666159#i
And many other raw foods contain goitrogens that inhibit thyroid function.
You are also wrong about vegetables being bad. Vegetables can be quite healthy, and especially if they are cooked some since this makes them easier to digest, destroys any goitrogens and enzyme inhibitors and can even raise nutritional value.
Also keep in mind that the raw meats you advocate are high in the omega 6 fatty acid arachidonic acid, which is pro-inflammatory. Inflammation has been linked to a number of diseases.
And as far as microwave cooking goes, there are so many internet myths about this as well that apparently you have bought in to.
If you really want to push this raw food is healthy garbage I recommend you take it to the raw food forums.
