I saw that, and except for Christ Himself I would have to think about who I'd add. We did enjoy Carlin growing up, (we listened to a lot of comedy albums including his, Allan Sherman's, and Bill Cosby's.)

I had a bird, too. A Sun Conure named "Garth" (the below is not him, but to me they all look alike - lol)




He thought I belonged to him. He was a tremendous cuddler, and cooed in my ear. He let us know when he wanted to go to bed by saying 'night-night', getting louder and louder if you didn't get him back into his cage and get it covered immediately.

Cute story. Way before we had a child, my husband and I had 'mock' fights where we would say 'f__k you' to each other. Well, we didn't think of Garth. One day, my mom walked up to Garth's cage to talk to him; he looked right at her, and said, "F--K YOU!"

"WHAT did he say?"

Squeal, "He say 'thank you'! Isn't that cute? Oh, look, our snack is ready, come into the kitchen!"

We never said that again while Garth was still living. Tweet
