I agree, mostly.

I was a raw vegan for 2.5 years. Lived in spain and hawaii. Ate too much nuts and avocados and coconuts and fruit. Ate lots of greens too. Always felt protein deficient. Suffered all kinds of health problems. Liver damage/stagnation.

Now I find a balance of mostly raw veggies, some animal foods like cooked fish. My body still is not strong enough to eat beef regularly, even raw. But cutting down on grains has helped a lot. I eat some amaranth for fiber.

Has taken me 10 years to get back on track. Don't make the same mistake. If it feels like you are depriving your body, then you probably are. don't expect to change your world overnight. Real change takes time but is worth it.
