aluminum: check baked goods!

ALUMINUM is absolutely ubiquitous in baked goods, from Little Debbie snack cakes to Duncan Hines cake mix to whole wheat flour tortillas. This is a travesty. Get the ten dollar cheaters if you can't read the fine print but by all means check every label...and get the baking powder that is aluminum-free, Rumsford. Feh! I've even asked toney restaurants and donut shops to show me the ingredients, even asking for the sack of pre-mix if they didn't have a print-out. Starbucks, for example, has aluminum in their baked "goods." FEH! It's like something out of Gibbon's "The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire"...blame it on the lead.
