You would be surprised at how many of us got here with chronic uncureable conditions, and found some help.
I think I have the all time winner, and it's also disgusting. (I used to be pretty snotty about myself, got some humility in the process) After years of cadillac health coverage, and lots of testing to find out what what wrong with my digestion, I tried a bunch of really nasty herbs at the heath food store, and found out I had all sorts of worms.
You can't gross us out, we've been through it!
I still can't figure out if the doctor who did the -count them- 2 colonoscopies saw them, and just decided not to tell me, or just missed them.
I won't go into the gory details, but these guys were BIG, and hard to miss.
Its surprising how openminded you get when you figure out your doctor basically ripped you off for years.
I am sorry to hear you are so sick, even with the fumes, I'm much, much better than I was before I started figuring out what was wrong with myself, and started to decide what I was going to do about it.
Again, sorry you are sick, but you are in just the right place.
Oh, and my husband and I are now squabbeling over whether the wierd leaves on the plants are from acid rain, or it's just bugs, I can't figure out how to upload the pictures.
I have one bamboo that is salt resistant, and it's in perfect shape, the one with the damaged leaves isn't as tolerant of salt. I don't know if maybe what has happened is that the salinity in the gulf is screwed up, rather than the rain being too acid.
I still haven't gotten a sample, but i'm trying.
