You have just confirmed exactly what I was thinking. It's the only worm that goes through the lungs that could possibly be this large.

Because there are no photos of the juveniles, it was not possible for me identify them.

My question now is....how can they possibly be reproducing themselves in my body?

I've been aware of coughing these things up off and on since January but in hindsight, I know that this has likely been going on for years.

Since last December, I've been battling pinworms and I'm taking all the precautions to avoid being reinfected with pin eggs, therefore I've been taking the precautions to prevent ingesting the roundworm eggs also but I'm still producing these monsters!
