The black parasite could be a liver fluke as they are very dark when they are old. They are pink when young.

Liver flukes start out their lives as white balls - the older they get, the more stained they become from living in blood and bile.

This is why liver flukes can range from whitish/pinkish balls to rolled up tomato skin looking things to dark brown/maroon/black looking larger things.
