Hey, no worries! I know, they come up with these scary sounding terms...I love " Porcelain Gallbladder ", doesn't that just make you feel like you're scared to break it or like a bull in a china shop?

good for you for discovering alternative means. I am actually doing a Liver Flush right now, maybe my 15th or so - lost count. They are amazing.
