Look in the back..

I believe I was sitting in my car in the driveway,
when another vehicle pulled up along side of me.
I heard someone call my name and when I looked over the driver gestured with his thumb to the rear of his vehicle.
The back end was open. It was either a station wagon with a door that opened sideways, or some sort of suv. I felt apprehensive about taking a look, as I was afraid our puppy (7mos. old) had been hit by a car and was lying in the back.
The vehicle was a gold-ish tan/orange color... copper?

When I woke I thought about the dream and realized that it probably represented my anxiety over going to the gyn
tomorrow. Any other thoughts?
