strange symptom...does anybody got a clue?

This morning when I took my morning shower I noticed something strange happened to my body.

I got this indentation (recess) on the top of my right thigh, as long as 15 cm. Like when you press your thigh, the flesh just recess, but this one did not bounce back to its normal surface. I didn't do anything last night(I didn't press that area at all as I remember).

As beside from my adrenal fatigue symptoms, I had the root canal pain which have caused my headache and half body joint muscle pain (all just right side, my left side is OK.)

Does anybody ever experience this? I really need some clue or insight here.

FYI, my root canal tooth pain is still exist, because I had recently visiting 2 dentists (oral surgeon btw) which thought my root canal is perfectly fine. (they refused to take out my root canals btw) They only suggest the temporary treatment for my gum (which is tender and red and painful also). The treatment alleviate the pain in my gum, but not in my tooth and certainly did not alleviate the pain of half headache and half body muscle joint pain. One suggested I took paracetamol.

Anyone can give advice for me to alleviate my pain? My fatigue got worse since I have to bear with all this pain and confusion and I really struggle just to eat.
