blastocystis hominus is very common. I am not sure which comes first, the infection or the adrenals. Given your histor, you should continue to consider building up the adrenal for some time before trying to get rid of the parasite again. you can co-exist with it for some time. not necessarily ideal but the most practical as you need to prioritize your recovery plan.
