Hey I was replying to that USDOT audio last night and heard the beginning of it, and the guy said his name was Tad right? I'm not sure where you got the audio from and when it was made, but maybe we should notify Tad about that process being shut down.

The audio came from a very recent Talkshoe Tim Turner Discussion that took place on August 4, 2010. Perhaps, I will email Tad with the link/info you've posted. "Ranger Ron" has been giving his most recent accounts with regard to his using that tag on the back of his van and trike. He speaks directly with David Clarence from time to time. So, I'm not certain why he doesn't know about the information you've found on his website.
