epsom salt and apple cider vinegar enema recipe

Hi,

A friend of mine told me about an Epsom Salt and apple cider vinegar enema recipe from his naturalpath (sp). He has since lost the recipe since he used it several years ago. Does anybody have a recipe for this. I was thinking about trying the following:

4 Tablespoon epsom salt
4 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
in a 2 quart enema bag?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
