You will see the results! Yes, you will!
You don’t know what causes your current health problems. Your symptoms may be just the tip of an iceberg. So it’s wise to give it some more time. This healing process happens on all levels including cellular level. You are literally getting a new body as a result of completed WF and I know what I am talking about. You don’t really need to do all 40 to 80 days in a row to get to the completion. Some fasting gurus created an easy, really easy way to do it, dividing the fasting time into three fractions that I mention previously.
The reason it works is that they discovered the healing process continues after breaking the fast for 1 and a half times longer then the fast itself (if you follow all the re-feeding rules). So your second fast become a continuation of the first one. And the last one (after re-feeding) is a continuation of the first two. That’s pretty long fast! And you are actually fasting for relatively short periods of time each time. So easy!

Exactly! Sometimes I think I am insane for doing it also… and yet… it doesn’t matter what we think.
