When do I know to stop taking P&B shakes

We combined hyper-concentrated versions of these mushrooms into CollaGenius 2.0

I've started taking P&B shakes around 3-4 days ago. 2 shakes a day and I've already started passing a small amount of mucoid plaque. Last night it looked 'spiral'-y if that makes sense haha

So what I'm wondering is when I should stop taking the shakes.
Does this mean my colon is in pretty good shape
