Progesterone-adrenal crash

Dear Dr Lam

I am a 41 year old male, I just had very bad adrenal crash(phase 3, suffering 7 years) brought on by progesterone cream and natural herbs as a tetosterone booster ( silly me I know !!).

I have terrible muscle aches in my legs and think I have very bad supplement clearance. The one thing I noticed was the progeterone really helped my muscle aches before the crash, should I try use it every day in a very small dose ? Can I use it as a recovery supplement in my toolbox after a crash ? I have no doctor to ask as I am in South Africa.
