migraine headache?

I've had migraines for 20 years, but this was different because it lasted 3 weeks and now there's residual pain in my head behind my temple/left ear. I have the usual post migraine minor head pain, but it also hurts when I push there. I don't remember a specific spot hurting before, it's ususally one whole side of my head. Could this be more serious than a migraine like an aneurysm?
