Hey I know what you feel like.

1. For stimulation, I would do this breathing exercise: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUggCqIL5D0
. Detailed instructions are on his site. It really helps with relaxation (and therefore sleep). You can train your neural pathways to fall asleep without TV. As for racing thoughts, I've heard meditation helps a lot. You could also try EFT (more below).

2. This is in your hands. (no pun intended LOL)

3. I would only do light work outs. The fact that you're able to work out so much is an indicator that you probably only have a mild case of adrenal fatigue... but you probably already know this.

4. And if I had to guess, your relationship with your dad is probably what is causing the AF (and really even the other stuff as candida is caused by a week immune system which in turn is a product of stress). Emotional issues are huge in any disease (IMO) and particularly in AF. There are many tools to resolve emotions but I use something called fasterEFT. . It may sound a little "woo woo" but I would try it before drawing any conclusions.
