I knew you were a pro at fasting from the other forum. I too have a lot of junk inside that I need to clean out. I am doing it bit by bit, but what I really need to do is a good fast. I feel pretty good - no major aches or pains, but if I eat meat protein or junky starches, breads, I can feel terrible almost immediately. That tells me I have brought myself up to a certain level - barely.
I understand that your willpower is based on the premise that a fast is only a temporary process. You will eat again!! Persevere and concentrate on all the good for the body the fast is doing. Yes, yes I get it!! For me, I will NOT think about the number of days, but rather getting through each day - one day at a time.

OJ Fast (Orange-Juice-Fast) from the Barefoot herbalist. I have come to respect his opinions on health and nutrition. Orange juice has powerful healing properties. The postassium in it kills fungus. It's high alkaline content rids the body of acid waste. Eating an orange allows the fiber to sweep intestines clean. You can also supplement with vegetable juices also. I'm told it's the fastest way to get the body on the right track. And at the end of it your red blood cell count will have been raised to 25x than before.
My plan:
Liver Flush beginning Friday night finishing Saturday and beginning fast saturday.
