Eleutherococcus (Siberian Ginseng) Tincture

I make a tincture formula of eleutherococcus.
I use 1:5 (1 part herb:5 parts liquid) 60% alcohol (everclear)

This is the American "weak" version of the Russian formula which is 1:1 parts.

I take 1/3 tsp 3x's/day.

Because it is the weaker formula I've been told to stay on it for 6 months to a year (I'm also treating Lyme with herbs)

Dr Lam. Do you find this dosage ok?
I want to avoid over-stimulating my adrenals.
But this seems like such a moderate dose of an otherwise great adaptogen. Tweet
