My last couple of flushes I started after my second doses of empsom and OO/GF I drink organic apple juice the rest of the day as well as eat fruit or salad. This way I pass stones for up to 2 days after my flush. These stones are usually much bigger and tan colored, but not as many come out as the smaller green ones.
