There is blame shifting on all sides, reminds me of the asbestos fiasco and the corporate reactions in my own country. Perhaps if the corporations and government can keep this tied up in the courts for the next couple of decades, those pesky people who have been hurt by the carelessness of these corporations and government officials, will just go away and convieniently die, before anyone can be made responsible.
