I am glad it worked. Next time the 2nd ES should be done before the berries and cream. And if possible it should be done at 2 and 5 pm, 7pm the berries. The other day I was not home in the afternoon I did the ES at 4.30 (2tbs) and 6 (1tbs) and then followed the regular routine.
