my 7th liver flush

I just did my 7th flush and did it 100 %, so that means 4 ts of Epsom Salts

before i always did only 3 because of horrible taste of ES.

I got a lot of small gree stones few hundred and i feel better

but my shit smelled like hell

i do not know if that is bacuese of ES mixed with food or just because of my gallbladder content that smelled so much. The whole appartment smelled horribly
