I did a quick search and came up with a company that looks they sell in Europe.

Hover over 'Products' then click on 'Shop Now' which takes you to a page where you can choose United States or Europe. I clicked on Europe and the products didn't come up for me but that might be because I'm in the U.S., it might work for you.
I hope that you'll somehow be able to get your hands on the Miracle II products because I feel like it would really help to unclog your pores.
