I added a bit more aloe to the cream - and I agree with you - I think it is less drying.
The anti-biotic might be O.K. - open the baggie and smell - if you can still smell any of the herbs - it is probably fine - if not - then it might have lost its "mojo".
Heat and light are the 2 things that will - over time - break down the healing chemicals in herbs. Same thing happens with cooking herbs - that old bottle of sage from last Thanksgiving that has been sittin in the spice cabinet above the stove will not be as good as a fresh bottle.
The natural anti-biotic is used in place of prescription anti-biotics. Just use when needed.
If the anti-biotic is still good - put it in the freezer so the natural chemicals can stay in a static state until ready for consumption.
