Re: TSH and AF?

I'm in a major detox period which is hard on my adrenals. At the same time I tried to introduce GTA II Forte for my low thyroid. It was too much for my adrenals. The NP I see says that the bigger the gap between adrenal and thyroid function the more stress on the body and symptoms produced include palpitations, heart arythmias, insomnia etc. Each day is a bit of a juggling act and I use muscle testing to see which supplements my body would like today. At the moment I can take a little thyroid supplementation (in addition to my iodine) every other day and my adrenals are recovering. The NP likened it to that game where you have a silver ball in a maze in a box and you keep adjusting the box to get the ball to the end. Except with both thyroid and adrenal issues you've got to keep two balls rolling in the same direction so the adjustments to the box are more complicated.
