Re: brainstorming for braindamage :-)

ha! youre so funny brain :-)
but its not my knowledge! i just love researching. i use the net like normal people. lol :-) ...backed up with personal experience when possible of course

yeah, this forum has some wonderful caring people. i will miss it when i go back to work.

here's a site on anti-inflammation http://coolinginflammation.blogspot.com/

i cross referenced some of their info. not bad.
you may have to quit the grains tho, at least as an experiment.
something about their small Sugar chain molecule over activating the normal inflammatory T-cells (Tregs) *research that*
happens to me. my skin is never as smooth with starches.
eat more chicken and your own roasted mixed nuts especially cashews and brazil nuts. yum.

heh, i'd wager $1,000 you can't reach 90kg, but with your weight history i reckon 75 would be excellent. go enjoy lots of dense weight loading foods, but if it doesn't work - remember - the fasting may have been counterproductive as far as weight building goes. it only helps speed weight gain (not just water gain) if you didn't go down to a critical level. when that happens it changes the whole equation and can take years to repair the gut flora before the food needed to put on serious weight can be properly absorbed again.

you will know thats happened to you if you feel too sick to eat the density of foods required to reach a normal 75 for a 169cm guy. hope that hasn't happened to you? ...be careful.

bon appetite

P.S. ...and hey relax, most people know what Psoriasis is these days and don't think its half as unsightly as you think. theyre more interested in being with a cool caring non-inflamed personality. be that and you'll be fine.
