I agree, plus you haven't gained any weight back, and with that smile on your face I can clearly tell you aren't suffering any psychologic disturbances from on again off again fasting. I myself considered doing 3 days on, break, 3 days on, break because the first few days you lose the most weight. Mind you it's water weight, but if you don't gain anything back in your break, then overall you're just losing more weight LOL! Keep up the good work, you are doing excellent and have lost so much weight. It's sad some people have to ruin other's parade with technical rule and regulation rain.
