Does mega dose of CoQ10 really kill tapeworms?

I have finished my HW two weeks ago. But I feel I do not get rid of all my tapeworms, so I took 3000 mg of CoQ10 twice which, to my knowledge, is very effective against tapeworms. However, I do not feel anything after taking these mega doses. Now I begin to wonder whether CoQ10 is really effective against tapeworms. What do you think?

You have advised me before to take the extra strength HW in next round. I weigh only 120 lbs and have adrenal fatigue. Could extra strength HW be too strong for me? If yes, how I can I get rid of my tapeworms and liver flukes?
