I made your broth recipe and drank it the first time last night with celtic sea salt in it. It was pretty good! I also took some magnesium. I am not sure which did it, but my foggy headache kinda cleared and I slept last night pretty well. I slept from about 930 10 ish to 5 this morning. I am normally very nauseated when I get up, and vomit for the first hour or two. This morning I have not. Is it the salt? I had read somewhere that it was good to do salt in the morn as well at the evening cause it can help with sleep, but so does magnesium. But I haven't had those results with magnesium alone...
