Hi Dr Jeff. My osteopath tells me I have got adhesions in my abdomen from an operation I had when I was three. He seems to think that the osteopathy on it's own is helping but so far I feel no difference in my abdominal problems except for a couple of hours after the treatments. I am going back to the dreaded doctors soon to ask if they can investigate to see if I really do have adhesions. I don't trust them to know whether an operation in necessary or not, I only trust them to be able to read an x-ray correctly, and even then I feel I am overestimating their abilities. Do you know if it is something that normally has to be operated on or can continued visceral manipulation resolve such an issue?
I know it is not a candida-related problem except for the fact that they would give me antibiotics if I had an operation, but I thought you may be able to help since you may have had patients with similar problems.
Apologies if this is not something appropriate for the candida forum.
Thanks
