thanks sounds so promising, the arms are ok for now not noticable since i have very tone shoulders and biceps....the legs i know i have to work extra hard on those still not where i want them to be and thicker in the tighs due to fat.....the belly is droopy and wrinkley at the bottom will kick up the ab work and continue with pilates 2 x week.....now if i can find something to lift the breast i will be golden :)
