Psoriasis on Face and Scalp: 911

I'm at a breaking point.
I've done Epsom Salt Baths.
I eat like a rabbit. diet is mostly Romaine Hearts, apples, berries,
Nuts, Eggs, Fish, Peas, Brown Rice, Miso, Oils and plenty of water.
I've done Cod Liver, Flax, Olive, Omega, etc...
I've gotten sunlight, and even have Aloe Vera in my window that
I break and apply to my skin.

The cycle is becoming more aggressive. -Skin piling up faster after lifted,
sometimes within an hour of having showered. The Psoriasis keeps spreading from Scalp to Face and now lesions are near stress areas around nose eyebrows and forehead. Also a real pain around and in the ears.

Hell, I even have the Pagano book, went to the Cayce center at Virginia Beach and bought the course of Teas that are recommended. I swear, it's like
the more I do... or the healthier I get... the worse the reaction? Makes me think my body is releasing something? no?

If not...
What am I doing wrong? For the last week, I've wanted so bad to run to Walgreens and buy every Steroid or Tar based cream I can find... even though I've been committed to a holistic regiment for years, the only time I've seen significant remission is when i got on Edirol or some free sample. Of course my body gets immune to it after while but the 6 month relief is priceless.
It just doesn't make sense. I'm REASONABLY happy and not very stressed.
My back and knees are not bad -10 or 12 plaques tops and they're not always flared. My face and scalp are hot zones, however. At least I can hide my scalp when my hair grows back. but the face?
