You have a T2, that is all you need to get on the Doctrine, but from my experiences you have to have a clean pineal first.

Put the T2 on your neck or your forehead. Wait a couple of minutes, if you feel a pinch wait another few. If you start feeling things being hit or feel relief the window opportunity is probably open now. So go on your computer and start typing commands (like "Add ... To the Doctrine List"), your guides will read what you write to them in an empty text editor, you don't have to print anything out. I didn't.

The Bean does not really take commands, you don't need it. Radionics works based on the principle that your DNA is connected to you wherever you go, so you can treat a sample of someone's DNA miles away, and the changes will reflect back in the actual person's body. That is how Radionics works. Anything related to changing reality or talking to our higher self is all done in own pineal glands.

Anyway eventually it will get to the point where you don't even have to type or write commands, you can just say it in your mind and they will listen and you will feel things being hit instantly or within 3 minutes.
