Re: Should I have microscopic cavities filled?

If I had to make the decision, I would not get those microscopic cavities filled.
As DQ just pointed out...."teeth are designed to re=mineralise.." but with the "normal" toothpastes most people use nowadays, this is made almost impossible because of the glycerine content. This was another reason = the first reason being the floride that most toothpastes have = I switched not too long ago, to a sea=salt and sodium bicarbonat mixture on a 1:1 ratio. This seems to be very effective as far as re=mineralising the teeth and my teeth and gums have never looked this healthy before. Make sure the Sea Salt is a good one, like himalaya.
