Yes - she can do the Lung Cleanse first - followed by the Liver Cleanse.

She might want to consider doing a Plain Liver Flush (directions are on the bottom of the Questions & Anwers Page at http://www.humaworm.com)
This will give her liver some relief before cleansing.

HOWEVER - I do strongly recommend that she tries to get rid of the virus or the bacteria that is causing the pneumonia first.
