I found this link after doing a Google search for the following: “Pasteurized goat yogurt vs raw cow yogurt.” I’d like to get your opinion on this. I purchase raw goat milk from an Amish farmer who also offers raw goat and cow yogurts. I’ve tried twice now, but I just don’t like the raw goat yogurt. It has a slightly odd taste and it is very thin/liquid-like. I go back and forth, therefore, between buying the raw cow yogurt from the Amish farmer and buying Redwood Hill’s pasteurized goat yogurt in the store. Do you have an opinion on which is more healthful? I’d appreciate your insight.
