Hi Labrat.
This is a very specific frog from Vietnam and little is known about it. I am finding strange phenomenon with this species. It seems it may infuse the water with something very powerful. It completely over comes the water in 48 hours. It comes from a mucus 'type' protein. The water is then non life sustaining and turns color. If these frogs can control external environment in nature, this would be interesting.
There may be a way to process the Antibiotics , but I can't tell how stable they are. The frog will leave the water after a while, and not return, until I replace it.
I need to see if algae or fungus can grow in it. Shroom
