I ended up feeling better this morning. Body aches are all gone. I'm thinking my bowels weren't working 100% yesterday, so maybe that's why that happened. All I have right now is a weird warm feeling in my chest that started yesterday.

I always tend to freak out about die-off symptoms that crop up, even though they don't seem to last very long. I have held back from posting my "Is this normal?" freakouts from the parasite & colon cleanses, but I couldn't help this one. I've never felt run over by a steamroller before, and it scared me, lol. I still have all the organ cleanses to do after this one, so expect to see me back here form time to time begging for reassurance. :)
