tingling fingers anyone??

Has anyone had tingling fingers? My fingers and thumbs have been tingling for the past couple of days, and the tips (the finger print area) are bright pink.

I was reading that it could be a vitamin deficiency?

Would you be concerned?

Any suggestions? It's been 19 days already.
