today has been a lot of head fog and pressure....I woke up with kidney pressure...I have been mostly keeping the kidney pressure at bay with iodoral and SSKI --I am not sure if I get that I am detoxing and killing something or at least annoying it and putting it to sleep at times

and also my hamstrings felt like old "candida" symptoms, at least what I always attributed them too...yucky like they don't want to work right...I am like the eskimos with snow...I have all these different words and experiences with sensations in my muscles....anyway, so I got all freaked out about not handling the malt, sugar, and flaring up yeasty stuff

anyway I finally waded through the fog and did some dowsing--crazy how much fear I have about dowsing sometimes, like I would rather stay in fear, than know what is going on--and I got lead and copper were dumping and I needed more boron and that I needed to do some malt amd low dosage dmsa

then I read JsMom and jdp posts about running separate freqs and I confirmed my dowsing and got I needed to run a few:

that one was funny because at first I didn't cut and paste the program C command and I got an error so I actually read the f165 manual and now I have a much better idea what these scripts are doing....or rather how to program it.

as soon as i started running the pinworm scriipt I started laughing....i am big emotional discharger .... a lot through laughing...so I took that as a really good sign
Gosh, I used to get pinworms a lot as a kid in New Jersey...my mother would freak out anytime she saw me scratching my butt...

anyway, somewhat better now
