Finally got the enzymes this am. Took 5 right away, waited about 2 hours, took 5 more. Half an hour prior to supper, took 3 more. Usually, the worst time of the day is right after supper. It is very active under my skin, burning and feeling I have to scratch but I try not to. Inside my head is very active too to the right side (??!!). Please help me stop this nightmare. Dowsing for metals should be done but is off completely since a while.

On the good side, I can say that my energy was really great today compared to the past weeks, HUGE DIFFERENCE !
