Re: Worried sick I may have cancer now due to the fluke I discovered!
It seems that part of your problem is anxiety and there are several ways you can work to reduce the 'worry level'. I have had high anxiety levels at times for most of my life - some due to external circumstances - but most due to the effects of being sensitive to gluten - an internal problem. When my anxiety levels got very high when I was a young adult I went to see a psychriatrist and except for calming me down some with valuim and giving me some good advice she was not helpful. I had to learn what to do myself so did yoga and meditations, diets and exercises - they helped but didn't cure the problems. When I was about 50 I started doing alternative self treatments -
Hulda Clark 's programs and that really did help with the anxiety - especially her bowel and digestive system programs. It wasn't until I was 70 that a Dr. tested me for gluten sensitivity and other autoimmune diseases and after 4 years on a gluten and cow dairy free diet I have only the normal anxieties of coping with my life.
Depending on your problems you need to find a way to reduce your anxiety and fears so you can think clearly enough to decide what to do. I had to learn to do this and now days most Drs and health professionals realize how important the body and health are the basis of these types of seemingly psycological problems. There are some herbs such as valerian, magnesium capsules, trytophan, peppermint and spearmint and some meds which might be helpful.
