When you find something like that with dowsing- also ask if the doctrine is addressing it. Rather than doing anything right then, wait a while and then redowse and see if it's still yes for that specific thing. Most of the time, when it's recognized via dowsing, it raises a red flag for that specific thing to be a priority that needs to be addressed. And, most of the time, if you recheck it a short time later, it's no longer a problem and you can dowse for if the doctrine cleared it.
I run frequencies with the doctrine too, but I learned from Newport to first ask "would it be good for me to run ____ at this time?" What I also ask then, even if it indicates yes, is "would it be better to leave it to the doctrine to clear at this time".
There are times that frequencies for specific things do still need to be ran too.
If you do get yes's for running the scriipt for that specific thing, also dowse for dwell times.
