update

Hi there so im 12 days in and my anus is now near enough completely pink and purple instead of the dreaded danger red!

I have increased my dose of Citricidal Grapefruit Seed Extract to 12 drops 5 times a day which is working wonders on my stomach i think because my tongue is bright pink (no matter what i eat) aint yellow or white at times now(especially in the morning) and my face looks fantastic. I truly believe this stuff is killing the yeast infection from the inside(like Antibiotics except without the troubles that come with it) and the NIZORAL cream is doing the job from the outside.

One other thing i noticed about the nizoral cream is that you can use it for a bit longer than other creams because its not a steroid cream therefore wont damage your anus in anyway. Its just an antifungal. So im gonna use this till my 2nd tube runs out (should be around another week) and keep up with the high doses of Grapefruit-Seed-Extract for a long time because the benifits of it are excellent.

One thing i forgot to mention before was that my anus was pretty swollen and stuff right before i started this treatment and is now back to normal so nothing is getting caught in the rectom where its hard to get to it. This could prolly be called Incomplete Evacuation but not sure what other people would class it as. I have always used just plain wet wipes and toilet paper to clean up after wiping so i havent had much problems in that front anyways but its just a thought.

Oh i also havent washed my anus with anything but plain water in the last 12 days and the smell is away which is quite wierd eh? I used to wash it furiously with soaps, shower gels, whatever i could find and the smell would still remain but i havent used anything in the last 12 days(as to try not to irritate it) and theres no smell, that must mean something eh?

I remember back before i had this problem i never took much notice cleaning my anus with soap anyways maybe just lather a bit up there for like 5 seconds then rince it off when i was in the bath or something but i never gave it any specific thought.
