Spitting up blood

Not sure if this is normal, this morning i have been spitting up blood, no phlegm.

I am 16 days into my first humaworm cycle and i have passed lots of flukes in the first portion of it, followed by tapeworm segments and different roundworms.

Also i have noticed my teeth getting whiter ;)
